After 2,500 kilometers of cycling after leg surgery, I got a little burned. I've always enjoyed hiking, so I'll go a few trails with my backpack and legs. Now I'm not giving up cycling, I just need a little variety right now. In the Big Bend mountains, the temperature and kilometer-long trails are acceptable in summer. There are state parks nearby, with many steep trails to keep warm. I have equipment for long day trips, so I don't have to spend money. After a while, the bike Beetle will bite again and I'll get back on my bike. I think the warm, humid weather is unsettling me. When hiking, I can use the shadow more often. I just need some time to do something else. This has been the case for my 24 years of cycling, and I always come back with enthusiasm. Are there any tourists who have a contribution?

I like to go out. But I never liked running, even when I was an amateur boxer and I was in the army, and I had to run. It was just a car that had to be stopped.

After my neck was broken in a car accident, I had the excuse that I always wanted to avoid escaping.

But after two months of physiotherapy and after noticing improvements in neck and shoulder stability, strength and pain reduction, I might try jogging again just to work other muscles.

It will probably look like an awkward brisk walk. Good enough for me.

Don't take too many things with you. Too heavy a backpack takes away a lot of pleasure from hiking. And don 't forget to take everything you need . All the things you might need while hiking with friends. You can look at on the website and issue a caliber membership. And I also like hiking. I'm planning a solo trip along well-known trails this year.
